It doesn't cover everyday wear, accidental damage, misuse, or any changes made to the product. To file a claim, reach out to our support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a short description of the issue — a photo helps us out too. Approved claims get a replacement or store credit. Note: the 1-year window is based on your original order date, and doesn't restart if a replacement is issued.

Got the collar and it fits my dog good. Colours look nice and the name came out just like I wanted. Shipping was a bit late, which was annoying, but other than that no issues with it. Looks good on him.
Okay this collar is actually adorable. The quality is way better than I thought it would be for the price. My dog gets stopped at the park constantly because everyone wants to know where I got it From.
I have tried to reach out 3 times to discuss as there is a letter missing and the collar is way too small. A large is tiny.

I placed two separate orders and was supposed to receive a free leash with each order. I contacted them right away about the first free leash, and they confirmed they would send it separately. However, I only received one leash with my second order, and the free leash from my first order was never sent. My orders were also significantly delayed. When I contacted them, they offered me a 50% refund because of the delay, but that refund was never processed. I emailed them again about both issues, but eventually they stopped responding. I like the product, but I wouldn’t order from them again. It’s frustrating when a company is responsive while you’re placing an order but doesn’t follow through afterward.

Super cute collar and the personalization came out really nice. Took a little longer to arrive than I expected, but once it showed up I was really happy with it. My pup loves the attention lol.
Wasn’t expecting much but this thing is actually solid. Looks good, feels durable and the name hasn’t moved at all. My dog somehow looks way more boujee now 😂

I got the collar yesterday and was just asked to write an honest review. And honestly, I’ve never seen this kind of creativity before 😭 The collar is SO pretty, the quality is amazing, and it’s so soft. You can really tell they thought about every little detail before making it. 10/10 from me, for real. And the compliments I’ve been getting? Girl… no words 😂 The funniest part is, once we got to the park, literally the whole park knew my dog’s name 😂 Everyone was asking about the collar! Absolutely love it.

These are the best collars ever. The other collar lasted three years, and I only had to replace it because we had taken it off of my dog’s neck at bedtime and he chewed the plastic parts. Other than that, they wash well and the colors are vibrant, they are so strong and do not Frey. Highly recommend.

I have two Chugs (a Chihuahua & Pug mix) and the collars are perfect for them. II loved the color options and it was nice being able to pick the color of the band as well as the color of the letters. They are nicely done, with multiple size options and great quality. The bands are adjustable for best fit as well. Now I don't have to worry about their name tag falling off. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product.
This is a well made collar, lettering is very visible and easy to read. Mine was for a small dog and it was adjustable to fit. Very happy with it.
we got 2 collars + 2 leashes which are nice and long and sturdy. We also got them 2 days earlier than expected. Will be getting more collars in the future as the boys grow.
